Keeping My Legs Smooth | Veet EasyWax Electrical Roll-On Kit

I've never waxed my legs before, neither at home or in a salon. I've always just shaved them. Simpler and fuss-free, I thought.

It was about time I tried waxing, so when I was asked if I'd like to review a Veet product, of course I said yes! I chose the EasyWax Roll-On Kit, as I thought it would be more effective than the cold wax strips or removal cream.

How to Transition your Denim Skirt for Autumn

Denim skirts have been so popular this summer, thanks to the 70's trend. Thankfully, it's super easy to take the denim skirt into autumn simply by layering up!

I paired mine with a checked shirt, tied at the waist, and a crop top underneath. Opaque tights and ankle boots quickly become a staple for me at this time of year, although this weeks is meant to be really warm again, so I'm hoping I'll be able to leave the tights at home for a little while yet!

What I'm Listening To | My Blogging Playlist

I don't know about you, but I can't concentrate unless I have some music on in the background. I don't know why but complete silence just doesn't help my concentration, maybe that's why I'm not very good at exams!

1. The Fray - How to save a life
2. Train - Drive by
3. The Script - Superheroes
4. The Fray - You Found Me
5.Jason Mraz - I'm Yours

7. Third Eye Blind - Semi-Charmed Life

The University Diaries | Staying Organised

Staying organised at university is super important. Yes, the social aspect is important, too, but you're there to get a degree after all! Plus, if you organise your time well, you'll be able to fit in all your uni work around everything else. Sounds good, right?

The first, and most important, item of stationary you'll need is an academic diary. I found a page-per-day diary works best for me, as there is plenty of room to write down everything that needs done that day. Down the left hand side of each page I'll write times, generally 7am to 12am. I then block out any appointments, such as lectures, work etc. so that I can see what spare time I have.

The University Diaries | Homesickness & Making Friends

If you're taking the plunge and moving to a new city for university, then it's probably the first time you've moved out from home. It was for me. I'm a very homely person, and even though I was 21 when I started university, it was a big, scary move for me!

I've always live with my Mam. It's mostly been just me and her since, well, forever really. So moving out, to a town I didn't know, and with people I'd never met, was nerve-racking to say the least!
