Three Reasons To Get A Gel Manicure

Up until a couple of months ago I didn't bother doing anything with my nails. I've worked in catering for most of my life so couldn't wear nail polish. I don't have horrible nails, they're fairly neat and grow to a nice length , so I never felt like I 'needed' to have my nails done regularly. That was until I treated myself to a gel manicure and fell in love. Here's three reasons why you should get a gel mani...

You don't have to do it yourself. Some people really enjoy pamperig themselves, especially with an at-hoe manicure. I don't. I don't like the messiness or the smell, or the fact that I'll inevitably need a wee/drink/to faff about on m phone an smudge at least three nails. EVERY. BLOODY. TIME.

It can last up to a month. Aswell as the fact that I don't like doing it, an at-home mani will only last a day or so before chipping, on me at least. I don't know what it is but they just don't last. A gel manicure, on the other hand, can last up to four weeks on me. I rarely get any chips, and my naqils only grow a small amount over the 3/4 week period.
Your nails look super neat. Fresh nails look so clean and neat. I like a very neautral colour, maybe with a little sparkle. Perhaps I'll get a pinky tone next time, though. Having my nails cut to the same length, shaped, my cuticles neatened and a fresh colour makes me feel fresh and polished.
